Within the Fine Arts component, you'll engage with modern artistic expressions and select from various mediums such as ceramics, photography, installations, performance art, prints, film, digital media, and sound art. Art History investigates visual arts' multifaceted roles across cultures and eras—spanning aesthetic, social, religious, political, and commercial dimensions. The curriculum extends beyond traditional mediums like painting and sculpture to include architecture, photography, video, performance art, design, and decorative arts. Our dynamic lectures feature visually engaging content, showcasing exquisite, thought-provoking, and occasionally contentious imagery. Students examine renowned creators such as Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt, Andy Warhol, and contemporary figures like Lisa Reihana and Simon Denny.
