Art History investigates the multifaceted significance of visual arts across various cultures and historical eras – encompassing aesthetic, social, religious, political, and economic dimensions. The curriculum extends beyond traditional mediums like painting and sculpture to include architecture, photography, video art, performance pieces, design, and decorative arts. Our engaging lectures feature an array of visually captivating, thought-provoking, and occasionally contentious imagery. Students can examine renowned creators such as Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt, Andy Warhol, Pablo Picasso, Frida Kahlo, Marina Abramovic, Olafur Eliasson, Lisa Reihana, Simon Denny, among numerous other influential figures.
