The Postgraduate Certificate in Law is designed for graduates who hold an undergraduate degree in any discipline and wish to enhance their legal expertise while honing research capabilities.
This program delivers in-depth theoretical and applied understanding of legal principles, allowing participants to combine this learning with their prior academic background and professional practice. Legal professionals may fulfill mandatory Continuing Legal Education obligations by completing courses within this certificate program.
Under special circumstances, candidates who complete the Postgraduate Certificate in Law but don't meet standard LLM admission requirements may be eligible for consideration into the Master of Laws program.

A bachelor’s degree; or
A relevant professional qualification or professional experience approved by the Dean of Law to be equivalent to a bachelor’s degree
Applicants must demonstrate to the Dean (or representative) an ability to undertake advanced study and research in law.
IELTS (Academic) 7.0 overall with 7.0 or higher in Writing and Reading, and 6.5 in Listening and Speaking; or equivalent.
