The Postgraduate Certificate in Law is designed for graduates who hold an undergraduate degree in any discipline and seek to enhance their legal expertise and research capabilities.

This program delivers in-depth theoretical and practical legal training, allowing participants to combine this specialized knowledge with their prior academic background and professional work experience. Legal professionals can fulfill mandatory Continuing Legal Education credits by completing courses within the Postgraduate Certificate in Law framework.

In rare cases, candidates who don't initially qualify for the Master of Laws program but have successfully completed the Postgraduate Certificate may be eligible for admission to the Master of Laws degree.

A Bachelor of Laws or Bachelor of Laws (Honours); or A bachelor’s degree; or A relevant professional qualification or professional experience approved by the Dean of Law to be equivalent to a bachelor’s degree Applicants must demonstrate to the Dean (or representative) an ability to undertake advanced study and research in law. IELTS (Academic) 7.0 overall with 7.0 or higher in Writing and Reading, and 6.5 in Listening and Speaking; or equivalent. TOEFL IBT - 100
