The Postgraduate Certificate in Law is designed for graduates who hold an undergraduate degree in law or another field and wish to enhance their legal expertise and research capabilities.
This program offers in-depth theoretical and practical understanding of legal matters, allowing participants to combine this knowledge with their prior education and professional background. Legal professionals can fulfill mandatory Continuing Legal Education obligations by taking courses toward this certificate.
In rare cases, students who don't qualify for the Master of Laws program but have successfully completed the Postgraduate Certificate may be eligible for admission to the Master of Laws.

A Bachelor of Laws or Bachelor of Laws (Honours); or
A bachelor’s degree; or
A relevant professional qualification or professional experience approved by the Dean of Law to be equivalent to a bachelor’s degree
Applicants must demonstrate to the Dean (or representative) an ability to undertake advanced study and research in law.
IELTS (Academic) 7.0 overall with 7.0 or higher in Writing and Reading, and 6.5 in Listening and Speaking; or equivalent.
