High-achieving students are typically identified in their third undergraduate year. You'll receive guidance to meet entry requirements during your studies. Upon successful completion, you can enroll in the honours program after finishing your bachelor's degree. The curriculum features specialized courses and a research thesis on a chosen health science subject, with your study plan approved by the program director.

Qualification Requirements
Completed the Bachelor of Health Science with a B+ grade average or higher in level 7 papers in the selected subject area for this degree, or equivalent.
Equivalent to New Zealand Year 13.
International Baccalaureate (IB) with successful completion of a minimum of 24 points.
General Certificate of Education (GCE) with three A-levels including at least one C grade or better. A result in General Studies cannot be included among the 3 on which the application is based.
A minimum of CCC scores (7 points) across the NCUK International Foundation Year (IFY)
Acceptance of the NCUK English for Academic Purposes qualification as an alternative to meeting the English-language requirements, with a minimum of a C grade overall and no less than D grade in each component.
