The University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM) offers an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) programme that caters to the growing global demand for master’s-level business professionals. This transformative postgraduate programme is designed for professionals seeking to advance their careers in business and management. The EMBA curriculum provides a comprehensive education in leadership, strategy, and decision-making within a global context.
Accredited by the prestigious triple crown—EFMD Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), AACSB, and AMBA—the EMBA equips students with essential expertise in finance, marketing, operations management, and strategic leadership. Core modules are complemented by a newly expanded list of electives, enabling students to tailor their learning to align with career aspirations. Students can also focus on their interests and career goals by choosing from specialist optional modules, covering topics such as venture capital, data science & analytics, business intelligence, and change management.
The EMBA programme emphasises practical learning through group projects, case studies, and interactions with industry leaders. This experiential approach helps you develop advanced problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills while exploring topics like business ethics, sustainability, and innovation. A key aspect of the programme is group work, which allows you to learn from your talented peers with diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. This collaborative experience will help you develop a global perspective. Additionally, we offer optional workshops to help you form social networks and ease your transition back into academic life.
Graduates emerge as confident, globally-aware business professionals ready with knowledge and practical skills to excel in roles across industries, driving organisational success in today’s fast-evolving business landscape.
