This program prepares graduates with the capabilities to create multimedia content and technology-driven educational solutions. Demand for these specialized skills continues to grow steadily as organizations globally become more dependent on information and communication technologies (ICT). The curriculum aims to provide graduates with competencies in designing digital learning materials and tech-enhanced educational systems. This expertise is becoming increasingly vital as institutions and businesses worldwide adopt more ICT solutions.
The MA in Technical Communication and E-Learning is available as either a one-year intensive program across two semesters or a more flexible two-year part-time option spanning four semesters. Both study modes offer hybrid delivery options. The program includes mandatory on-campus workshops each semester. Students in both the full-time and part-time tracks can earn a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in Technical Communication and E-Learning if they complete the coursework but don't pursue the final dissertation (30 ECTS). All participants will engage with course materials, instructors, and peers through the university's online learning platform, supplemented by scheduled campus workshops. The summer dissertation/project involves independent research under the guidance of an assigned supervisor.
