It holds immense promise to revolutionize every facet of modern life, from Smart Cities and Self-Driving Cars to enhanced medical care and sustainable economic models. AI offers smart solutions capable of addressing many of society's most pressing challenges. Engage with this groundbreaking field by enrolling in our one-year MSc in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. This program is designed for graduates holding a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Rather than being an introductory course, it requires participants to possess advanced technical proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals. Our full-time MSc in Artificial Intelligence is delivered by distinguished, multidisciplinary experts from the University of Galway. Spanning two semesters, the curriculum explores key AI domains such as Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Optimization, and Reinforcement Learning.
Additionally, students apply their acquired knowledge through a substantial 30-credit summer project, potentially collaborating with research teams or industry partners.
Career Prospects
AI expertise will become essential across all sectors, with recent World Economic Forum studies predicting approximately 97 million new jobs worldwide. The Forum anticipates that by 2025, machines will handle more workplace tasks than humans, shifting from the current 71% human-performed ratio.
