The four-year Bachelor of Civil Law (Criminology and Criminal Justice) is Ireland's only specialized undergraduate program blending legal studies with criminology and criminal justice. This distinctive course allows students to pursue a complete law degree while gaining expertise in crime causation and criminal justice operations. Learners benefit from instruction by leading scholars in criminal law, justice systems, criminology, psychology, and human rights.
The curriculum covers all necessary modules for Law Society of Ireland entrance exams, preparing students for solicitor qualifications. Those aspiring to become barristers can complete requirements set by the Honourable Society of King's Inns. Program graduates will be exceptionally qualified for legal careers in criminal law or positions within criminal justice organizations.
