Recent innovations in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) technology have expanded its clinical uses, establishing MRI as a fundamental diagnostic tool in modern medicine. Designed for MRI radiographers, this program combines MRI physics with hands-on clinical implementation.
The program seeks to enhance postgraduate radiographers' growth by helping them build essential expertise, adopt an analytical perspective on MR imaging, drive positive workplace improvements, and ensure excellent MR service delivery.

Qualification Requirements
International applicants should:
- Hold a BSc (Honours) or equivalent in Diagnostic Radiography.
- Have attained a minimum score of 7.0 in IELTS (minimum score of 6 in any individual band). All test results must be less than 2 year old relative to the year of entry to the programme. This is necessary to ensure that prospective students can manage the programme’s academic workload and communicate effectively within the clinical placement environment.
- Have attained a minimum of 6 months clinical work experience in Magnetic Resonance Imaging prior to commencing the course, and provide documented evidence supporting this. This experience should normally be attained during the year of planned entry to the programme, and may be undertaken in your own country.
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) administered by Princeton University:
A minimum score of 600 in the paper-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL PBT), with Test of Written English at 475 +; a minimum score of 90 is required in the Internet based TOEFL (iBT) with a score of at least 20 in each section.
Cambridge Examinations: English language examinations administered by the University of Cambridge: 180+ on Cambridge English scale (with no less than 175 in each skill and use of English).
Acceptable Examinations:
- Proficiency Certificate, Grade C (i.e. CEFR Level C1 or C2).
- Advanced Certificate, Grade C (i.e. CEFR Level C1 or C2)
- First Certificate, Grade A (i.e. CEFR Level C1)
