Program Overview
Bord Bia, Ireland's Food Board, serves as a bridge connecting Irish food, beverage, and horticulture producers with current and prospective buyers globally. Its mission is to expand market opportunities for Irish producers and introduce Irish culinary flavors to more international consumers. Headquartered in Dublin, Bord Bia operates through a wide-reaching network of international offices.
The Bord Bia Talent Academy, in collaboration with Smurfit Executive Development at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, provides top-tier postgraduate programs, including the MSc in Business Sustainability (Bord Bia Origin Green Ambassador Program).
We invite applications from driven professionals with at least four years of experience across various specialized fields, aiming to refine their expertise in business sustainability for the 2025 cohort, with applications closing late 2024.

Applications are welcomed from graduates with a minimum of 4-5 years postgraduate work experience and an interest in business development sustainability and the food industry The programme aims to recruit high potential ambitious and motivated professionals who have aspirations to become future leaders in the Irish food industry
There are up to 15 places available on this programme and participants will be selected following a rigorous and exacting recruitment process Interested participants must be available if selected to take part in the interview and assessment process and if successful must be ready to commence the programme Autumn 2025 A secondround interview will be necessary for shortlisted candidates
Participants should hold a primary degree Minimum 2-1
4-5 years porfessional experience
Taught Masters - A minimum overall score of 7.0 over all components and a minimum of 6.0 in each band on the Academic Version. The non-academic version is not accepted.
Taught Masters - A minimum score of 100 is required in the Internet based TOEFL iBT with a score of at least 20 in each section.
UCD has approved the use of the Duolingo Test of English DET for the 2023-24 intake.
An overall score of 130 will be accepted with no section below 110.
