This Master's program combines technical manufacturing expertise with innovation and entrepreneurial training, addressing worldwide societal issues like circular economy, industrial innovation, and sustainability. It's a dual-degree initiative managed by the EIT Manufacturing Master School, partnering UCD with leading European institutions including Aalto University (Finland), Ecole Centrale de Nantes (France), SUPSI (Switzerland), Grenoble INP (France), University of Trento (Italy), and TU Wien (Austria). The first academic year takes place at UCD (entry institution), followed by a second year at one of the partner universities mentioned.
Participants select from four specialized tracks:
Flexible Production through Additive Manufacturing,
Zero-Waste Production for Sustainable Economies,
Smart Digital Manufacturing Systems,
AI and Data-Driven Manufacturing Solutions.

Qualification Requirements
This programme is intended for applicants who hold a degree in Statistics or a cognate subject area An upper second class honours or international equivalent is required
Those who have been awarded an upper second class honours or higher in the Higher Diploma in Statistics are eligible for the programme
Alternatively students may qualify for enrolment for the four semester MA in Statistics which brings them to the same level as the MSc in Statistical Data Science
Applicants whose first language is not English must also demonstrate English language proficiency of IELTS 6.5 no band less than 6.0 in each element or equivalent
TOEFL IBT - iBT 90 no less than 21 in writing and at least 19 in every other section in the Test of English as a Foreign Language TOEFL.
