Our specialized PhD program in Chemistry focusing on BioNano Interactions operates under the guidance of the Centre for BioNano Interactions, led by Director Professor Kenneth Dawson. This four-year initiative blends hands-on laboratory research with 30 credits of structured coursework. The curriculum draws from a selection of contemporary modules covering genomics, proteomics, cytometry, and advanced imaging techniques, provided by the Conway Institute and complementary Science and Engineering departments. The program drives innovation in applying bionanointeractions to critical areas including nanosafety, nanobiology, and nanomedicine.
