Typically, students must select one academic stream to focus on during their second year, where they'll take two or more degree subjects within that discipline. While some cross-stream combinations are possible in the second year, these are restricted to subjects that align well in terms of curriculum and scheduling, like Mathematics paired with Physics. The available options may vary annually, so no fixed list is provided. By the conclusion of their second year, students declare their primary degree specialization. Provided they fulfill all first and second-year academic criteria, students are assured a degree subject from their chosen second-year stream. While we prioritize placing students in their preferred program, our diverse offerings within each stream ensure multiple related options are available for their final degree specialization.
