This comprehensive Occupational Therapy program covers psychology, anatomy, physiology, along with occupational therapy principles, evaluation methods, treatment techniques, and evidence-based approaches.
What makes UCC's program unique is its dual emphasis on personal and professional growth, integrated across both classroom learning and practical modules.
UCC employs innovative teaching methods, using complex task-based learning (TBL) as the primary approach, with significant focus on independent and collaborative work. The curriculum stresses the importance of articulating your thought processes and actions. Your competencies will progressively develop throughout the four-year program.
Our program equally prioritizes working with both pediatric and adult/geriatric populations, while building proficiency in both physical and mental health domains.
We aim to train future practitioners who not only master conventional occupational therapy but are also equipped to pioneer policy innovation and explore new practice frontiers.
