The School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences now offers a Graduate Entry pathway into its undergraduate Pharmacy program. Up to five first-year spots will be reserved for graduate applicants. Eligibility requirements include:

Applicants must possess, or anticipate receiving by July before enrollment, at least a second-class honors result in their primary bachelor's degree (Level 8). This degree may be in any field. The program also welcomes applications from candidates without a second-class honors bachelor's degree who have completed a Master's or Ph.D. program.

Furthermore, candidates must have achieved at least a H4 grade in Leaving Certificate Chemistry or completed an approved Chemistry course at the third-level education level.

The minimum matriculation requirements refer to the basic standard of application you must meet to be considered. Anything less than this will be unsuccessful outright - however meeting the matriculation requirements does not guarantee admission.
The standard matriculation requirements are pass grades in English, Mathematics, a language other than English, and a full set of valid subjects for your examination system.
GCSE - a grade C or grade 5 or better in English Language.

International Baccalaureate - Overall 24 which must include 3 subjects grade 5 at higher level and 3 subjects grade 4 at standard level to include English, Mathematics and another language.
IELTS (Academic version)- overall 6.5 (no individual band below 6)
TOEFL (Internet based) - overall 90 (with a written score of 21).
TOEFL (Paper based) - overall 570 (with a TWE score of 4.5).
