The M.Phil. in Digital Arts and Intermedia Practices offers students the opportunity to explore cutting-edge digital technologies through creative research and hands-on projects. By blending various artistic fields, participants investigate applications of augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR), artificial intelligence (AI), interactive systems, game development, immersive installations, and digital urban interventions. The flexible curriculum allows students to complement required courses in contemporary visual arts, sound design, interactive media, and new media with electives in performance theory, documentary filmmaking, and game narrative writing, culminating in a self-directed final project based on their artistic or scholarly interests.
Applicants will be expected to submit a written statement in support of their application with examples of prior creative or academic work.
