The Philosophy, Political Science, Economics, and Sociology (PPES) program provides a structured, interdisciplinary foundation in social sciences and philosophical inquiry. This unique combination equips students with diverse analytical tools for examining societal issues while preparing them for various professional paths.
At its core, the curriculum examines human and social dynamics through multiple disciplinary perspectives. Through progressive specialization across the four-year degree, students gain deep expertise in one or two of the program's core fields.
The program's strength lies in how its disciplines intersect. Economic factors may drive inequality, for instance, but its consequences span political and social spheres, while its ethical implications belong to philosophical debate. PPES training develops students' ability to tackle such complex issues methodically. This cultivates exceptional critical thinking abilities - a competency consistently valued across industries.
