Precision engineering focuses on creating, producing, and measuring highly specialized components for sectors like healthcare, aviation, automobile manufacturing, and energy exploration.
Trainees acquire skills in operating both manual and computer-controlled machinery to transform conceptual designs into finished products. Computer-aided design (CAD) software is employed to create engineering solutions, with final components verified using precision instruments like coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
Participants will engage in solo and collaborative projects using industry-standard practices. The curriculum incorporates cutting-edge CNC applications including high-precision machining, industrial robotics, 3D printing, materials science, and efficient production methodologies.
