Sustainable Development forms the core of environmental, social, and economic strategies implemented by corporations, governments, and non-governmental organizations. This program, featuring a practical work placement, delivers comprehensive insights into sustainable development, covering key challenges, methodologies, management approaches, and real-world applications for both living and working environments.
Program Objectives
The curriculum is designed to equip graduates with the competencies to analyze sustainable development frameworks and convert them into actionable policies.
Students enter with diverse backgrounds through previous education or professional experience. The MSc in Sustainable Development is tailored to expand upon this foundation, enabling participants to implement sustainability concepts within their specialized fields or workplaces. Additionally, the program provides opportunities to specialize in energy systems, environmental studies, community development, or urban planning.
Honours Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline at 2.2 grade or higher, or equivalent. Eligible candidates may be interviewed where work/career experience is being considered in lieu of academic qualifications.
