The Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Public Health & Health Promotion (previously known as the BA (Hons) in Health Promotion) is a four-year, full-time honours degree program available through the Health Sciences Common Entry Pathway. This internationally recognized program, accredited by the International Union for Health Promotion and Education, enables graduates to become certified Public Health and Health Promotion Practitioners, opening doors to diverse career paths in healthcare, corporate wellness, community development, and nonprofit sectors. The curriculum focuses on developing hands-on competencies to address various health concerns (including mental wellbeing, exercise, and environmental factors) across different communities and settings.
You should be at least 17 years of age in January of the year of entry.
You must have a Secondary/High School Diploma, with good grades in English and Mathematics and at least 4 other subjects, on average + 60%.
