Human Resource Management (HRM) is an organizational function dedicated to overseeing personnel matters. Its primary goal is ensuring the correct individuals are positioned where and when they're needed most. HRM encompasses various responsibilities including hiring staff, evaluating performance, determining compensation, offering training programs, and implementing conflict resolution strategies. Since handling personnel can be complex, this course helps create a workplace that fosters employee motivation.
For those who enjoy interpersonal interactions, this program will likely appeal to you. If you're interested in learning how to unite and inspire teams toward shared objectives, this course delivers the necessary expertise. During the third-year HRM specialization, students explore advanced topics such as Current HRM Challenges, Personnel Management Operations, Workplace Legislation, and Corporate Behavior Studies. The fourth-year curriculum builds on these foundations with courses in Practical HR Applications, Labor Relations, and Strategic Human Resource Planning alongside other subjects.
