Throughout history, the fields of business and law have maintained a strong connection across both public and private sectors. In today's global marketplace, companies face increasingly intricate challenges related to government oversight and cross-border trade agreements. Similarly, legal professionals must adapt to rapidly changing corporate structures and commercial methodologies. The first two years of study cover foundational business topics including economics, administration, information technology, finance, quantitative methods, sales strategies, along with key legal principles applicable to commerce, such as Contract and Tort Law. The third and fourth years focus intensively on developing management capabilities (Year 3), followed by strategic leadership and global business perspectives (Year 4), while integrating pertinent legal expertise through modules like Corporate Law, Labor Law, Digital Media Regulations, Buyer Protection Statutes, and European Union Legislation. Students undertake professional internships during the second semester of their third year. This program offers exceptional adaptability for learners.
