This four-year, full-time Level 8 program offers an innovative approach to culinary education, blending traditional skills with diverse fields like food innovation, media arts, sustainability, and gastronomy. The curriculum fosters interdisciplinary learning and research, focusing on comprehensive growth rather than mere technical training. Graduates will emerge as passionate, entrepreneurial leaders capable of transforming industry standards both locally and nationally.
A key feature is the third-year international immersion, where students spend one semester studying at partner institutions across Canada, France, Northern Ireland, Spain, The Netherlands, or the USA, followed by a global work placement. This unique experience exposes students to world-class culinary practices, preparing them to excel in international hospitality environments.
