The Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics and Instrumentation is a well-established program whose graduates are in high demand across various advanced manufacturing and analytical sectors, particularly in BioPharmaChem. This program is designed to equip students with the skills needed for diverse technical roles in the interdisciplinary field of applied physics and instrumentation. While it focuses on preparing students for careers in process industries—including chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, beverage, and water sectors—graduates also gain the expertise to thrive in other areas such as computing, medical devices, microelectronics, healthcare, and R&D.

Assessment methods include continuous evaluation of both theoretical knowledge and practical work, along with annual examinations. During the third year, students undertake placements in applied physics or instrumentation roles within industries, organizations, or research groups.
