Develop practical programming abilities and sophisticated problem-solving methods in our specialized computer science facility (Eolas). During your first year, you'll combine Computer Science and Mathematics with either an Arts discipline or Critical Skills.
A transfer option exists from first-year MH101 Arts to second-year MH601 Computer Science and Software Engineering (via Arts). Applicants must complete and pass a minimum of 22.5 Computer Science credits in their initial year, with no enrollment restrictions. First-year students gain significant advantages by pairing Computer Science with an Arts subject, broadening their academic perspective.
