The initial year of this broad-entry program serves as a foundational period where all students explore core modules covering hardware, software, and electronic fundamentals. As they progress, learners select a specialization path, either in Electronic Engineering or Engineering Software, with more intensive study. This critical decision point comes at the conclusion of Year 1, giving students ample time to choose their focus.
This program cultivates skilled engineers capable of designing and refining sophisticated hardware, software, and communication systems, positioning graduates to lead in shaping our interconnected future. The curriculum equips students with versatile competencies for diverse ICT sectors, spanning software development, IT solutions, telecommunications, and network infrastructure.
Participants will merge engineering proficiency with cutting-edge knowledge of electronic systems, computer architecture, and programming, applying these skills to projects ranging from mobile device microprocessors to high-performance computing and microchip design. The program fosters innovative thinking and complex problem-solving abilities across multiple domains. Extensive laboratory work builds robust technical and design capabilities. The structured eight-semester journey features six modules per term, delivering comprehensive training in either electronic or software engineering principles.
