Globally accredited postgraduate qualification enabling specialization in International Commercial Law. The Postgraduate Diploma in Arts for International Commercial Law can be completed full-time within one academic year. Classes are scheduled during evenings to accommodate professionals and individuals with daytime obligations. This program provides in-depth, focused legal education, preparing graduates for careers in global legal settings. Successful participants earn an internationally acknowledged Postgraduate Diploma. The curriculum ensures comprehensive knowledge of core International Commercial Law concepts, including Intellectual Property Law, Financial Services Law, and Corporate Governance principles. Participants develop versatile skills valued across diverse industries beyond legal practice, from large enterprises to global organizations.
Students must hold a 2.2 degree in law or a degree with a significant law component or foreign equivalent or relevant work experience, including having held a position of responsibility relevant to the LL.M. We welcome applications from those who do not have the entry requirements outlined here. Candidates with relevant prior experiential learning may also apply and be considered for admission, subject to interview and submission of satisfactory evidential documentation.
