The LLM in International Human Rights Law is a full-time one-year or part-time two-year program provided by DCU's School of Law and Government. This program invites applications from individuals across Ireland, the European Union, and globally who are passionate about international legal systems for safeguarding human rights. Participants will explore human rights principles, international legal structures, and the impact of social movements and socio-legal theories on the evolution of human rights legislation. This curriculum equips learners for modern challenges, cultivating flexible, globally-minded analytical skills. Through this LLM, students gain profound understanding of legal perspectives on human rights while enhancing their capacity to evaluate human rights significance and the consequences of violations.
