Your first year will focus on establishing a solid engineering groundwork, covering mathematics, materials engineering, and fundamental sciences while developing essential skills like logical reasoning and critical analysis. In your second year, you'll choose a specialization, diving into an advanced curriculum where you'll gain deep expertise in areas such as mechatronics or sustainable engineering. Through a mix of lectures, laboratory sessions, and both individual and collaborative projects, you'll gain practical experience with contemporary manufacturing techniques, design principles, simulation methods, and analytical procedures, while also mastering programming and electronics. During your third year, you'll undertake a six- to ten-month INTRA internship, either in Ireland or internationally, with leading companies like Facebook, IBM, Intel, Google, Airbus, or Pfizer. Upon graduation, you may be eligible to proceed directly into a master's program in your preferred engineering discipline. Regardless of your path, your degree will be internationally recognized, enabling you to apply your expertise, technical abilities, and creative problem-solving skills anywhere in the world.
