The School of Administrative Studies proudly presents its Graduate Diploma in Management (GDM), tailored to enhance non-business degrees by delivering fundamental knowledge of contemporary business management principles.
This Graduate Diploma in Management program is ideal for you. Available to graduates holding undergraduate degrees in disciplines outside business, management, commerce or similar fields, the curriculum explores key management domains. You'll gain comprehensive insights into organizational theory, marketing, accounting, finance, operations management, information systems, organizational behavior, and legal aspects. These acquired competencies culminate in a practical capstone course tackling authentic organizational challenges.
The diploma can be earned within two academic semesters.
During the initial semester, participants complete six 1.5-credit functional courses. The subsequent semester focuses on two remaining functional modules before students undertake the hands-on capstone experience. The entire program spans two terms.
Participants may opt for a general business management track or select a nonprofit/public management specialization by substituting two business courses with targeted public sector modules.
