Western Law provides two distinct pathways for earning an LLM degree. The Thesis-Based Option focuses on cultivating advanced legal research capabilities, making it ideal for students aspiring to academic professions. This curriculum delivers instruction in fundamental theoretical perspectives and research methodologies for legal studies. Alumni will gain the skills to engage in academic and policy discussions while addressing pressing issues regarding law's societal function.
