Earth Sciences explores our planet's complex systems. We investigate Earth's inner makeup and structure; its active nature (seismic events, volcanic activity, continental drift); internal mechanisms; surface-shaping forces and crustal materials; relationships between terrestrial processes, climate patterns, and ecological balance; the formation, distribution, extraction, and preservation of natural resources (minerals, energy sources, soils, and water); Earth's position in our solar system, and the evolution of life.

A minimum of 4.0 full senior academic courses reported on your academic transcript.
A minimum SAT combined Evidence-Based Reading and Writing plus Math score of 1190 OR a minimum ACT composite score of 24.
The score reports must be official and come to the Admissions Office directly from the College Board or ACT.
