In September 2005, Western University launched its American Studies undergraduate program, one of just a few such programs available in Canada. This dynamic and forward-thinking program offers an interdisciplinary examination of U.S. culture, societal values, and creative works. Considering the significant global influence of the United States, particularly on Canada, American Studies appeals to students with diverse interests and academic backgrounds. A minimum of a C grade in 5 GCSE or IGCSE or Ordinary Levels or equivalent in academic subjects.
A minimum of 4.0 full senior academic courses reported on your academic transcript.
A minimum SAT combined Evidence-Based Reading and Writing plus Math score of 1190 OR a minimum ACT composite score of 24.
