The Odette MBA-PAS (Master of Business Administration - Professional Accounting Specialization) stands out as a distinctive program designed for future business leaders seeking CPA certification.
Starting in the Fall term, this intensive MBA-PAS program can be finished in just one year. Graduates will earn their MBA and be prepared to take CPA Ontario's Common Final Examination (CFE). With full accreditation from both CPA Canada and CPA Ontario, successful MBA-PAS participants can directly attempt the CFE without needing additional preparatory courses.
Offering flexibility and hands-on learning, the MBA-PAS fosters an educational setting where diverse perspectives combine to develop competent Chartered Professional Accountants. Applicants must complete all prerequisite coursework and qualify for entry into the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP).

Successful completion of 120 credit hour undergraduate degree
A cumulative GPA of 70% in the previous academic degree/last 20 courses/ 4 full-time semesters and minimum average of 70% CGPA in Core Preparatory Courses.
Test of an English Foreign Language (TOEFL) (600 paper, 250 computer, 100 IBT)
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) (7.0)
Applicants are exempt from submitting an English language proficiency examination score if any one of the following conditions is true:
Within the past two years you have completed a university degree at a Canadian institution.
Within the past two years you have completed a university degree at an institution where English was the primary language of instruction, as indicated on our exemption list.
