The Child Clinical program offers comprehensive training in normal child development and developmental disorders, along with diverse clinical evaluation and treatment methods.
The Psychology Department's Child Study Center serves as both an educational hub and research facility for students. Its resources support hands-on learning in pediatric evaluation and therapeutic approaches, while also facilitating academic investigations by students and staff alike.
Psycho-educational evaluation instruction occurs on-site at the Psychological Services & Research Center (PSRC). Furthermore, the University of Windsor collaborates with the Summit Center, which offers additional training and research possibilities. This facility delivers diagnostic services and intensive early treatment programs for autistic preschoolers through Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
