The MPharm program aims to cultivate highly skilled pharmacist practitioners who will act as medication specialists in healthcare delivery, serve as educators in both academic and clinical environments, and engage in research to advance knowledge about optimal medication use. MPharm graduates will gain strengthened clinical, research, and instructional capabilities, preparing them for leadership roles in pharmacy practice. This Advanced Pharmacy Practice program focuses on developing tomorrow's leaders by refining pharmacists' clinical expertise, research abilities, and teaching competencies. Program alumni will be well-equipped to assume key positions such as hospital pharmacy department heads, family health team executive directors, pharmacy school faculty members, and other prominent roles in Canada's healthcare landscape.

Qualification Requirements
Minimum 78% in the final two years of accredited undergraduate Pharmacy degree program (BScPharm, or PharmD) or equivalent overall standing for internationally educated applicants.
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in Ontario.
It is highly desirable that applicants have completed at least one year of pharmacy practice or an accredited pharmacy residency program prior to entering the MPharm in Advanced Pharmacy Practice program.
An interview may be required.
