Our esteemed master's program, recognized both nationally and internationally, enables students to explore the impacts of physical activity, nutrition, and lifestyle from microscopic to societal levels - equipping graduates for diverse careers in health-related fields.
The PhD curriculum includes advanced graduate courses featuring interdisciplinary seminars and specialized research discussions, comprehensive exams, original research contributions to expand knowledge, and dissemination of findings through peer-reviewed publications and presentations. Studies concentrate on three key areas: Biomechanics, Neuroscience, or Physiology and Nutrition.
By mid-century, over 20% of the world's population will be aged 60+. Our Faculty of Health introduces Canada's first collaborative doctoral program specializing in aging, health, and wellness.
