The Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science ranks among the world's leading institutions in these fields, with over 50 full-time faculty members engaged in cutting-edge research across various disciplines. Our academic offerings include undergraduate, graduate, and PhD programs in Statistics and Actuarial Science, along with several collaborative degree options with other departments. We foster an energetic research culture spanning fundamental statistical theory, longitudinal data analysis, computational methods, financial mathematics, risk assessment, survey methodology, industrial applications, and interdisciplinary projects.
