Our Master of Engineering (MEng) program equips you for high-level professional roles in industry, enhancing and expanding your engineering expertise. These competencies will serve you throughout your mechanical engineering career. This project-focused curriculum combines academic coursework with graduate seminars.
Learning Outcomes
Upon earning an MEng in Mechanical Engineering, graduates will be capable of:
utilizing specialized knowledge across diverse situations to address challenges, engage in analytical reasoning, and make informed choices
integrating concepts from multiple subjects and related fields, employing suitable technologies and instruments to troubleshoot issues and evaluate outcomes, conveying ideas clearly to various groups, and succeeding in both industrial and research environments
The MEng curriculum offers students the chance to build upon and broaden their undergraduate education. This program readies participants for elevated professional practice across multiple industrial sectors. The requirements include eight advanced courses, a graduate seminar, and a research initiative.
Every MEng candidate receives guidance from a faculty advisor within the department's graduate program.
