This program enables students to explore health's societal connections while conducting advanced research alongside distinguished faculty members.
Our adaptable curriculum allows for personalized study paths, with opportunities to focus on individual research interests through interactive colloquiums and hands-on learning experiences. Core courses provide essential training in health research fundamentals and methodologies, including community-based approaches, Indigenous research methods, mixed methodologies, and evidence-based analysis.
SDH provides graduate-level education culminating in Master of Arts (MA), Master of Science (MSc), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees.
Specializing in interdisciplinary health studies, the program connects academic resources across multiple faculties and research centers, offering distinctive training for students pursuing health research that transcends conventional academic boundaries.
