Qualification Requirements

In order to be considered for admission to the MADS program, applicants must: meet the minimum admission requirements of the Faculty of Graduate Studies; have completed a Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related discipline from an academic institution recognized by the University of Victoria, normally with a first-class standing; meet the English Language Requirements. Equivalent of a minimum “B” average over the last two years of your degree English Language Proficiency Requirement: minimum IELTS 6.5 (no subscore below 6.0) / TOEFL minimum 90 (no section less than 20) or equivalent Meet any subject or grade requirements specific to your program of study.
