The Sociology Major Program offers students a comprehensive foundation in sociological theories, methodologies, and specialized fields. Through exposure to fundamental paradigms and research techniques, students cultivate a sociological perspective. The program features diverse elective courses at intermediate and advanced levels, allowing students to specialize within sociological disciplines. Emphasizing liberal arts education, the department focuses on writing proficiency, quantitative skills, practical research experience, and experiential learning opportunities beyond traditional classrooms.
