Our Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program is designed for professionals across all industries looking to progress or transition in their careers. We achieve this through a hands-on learning approach that emphasizes real-world application and core management competencies.
The Edwards M.B.A. can be finished in as little as 12 months for full-time students, or extended over 36 months for part-time study. What sets this innovative program apart is its concentrated curriculum and seamless blending of business principles. Courses are delivered sequentially in three-week modules, fostering an immersive educational experience that deepens subject mastery while accommodating busy schedules. Additionally, students discover how business concepts interconnect through practical applications, case analyses, and cross-functional projects.
M.B.A. candidates participate in a transformative one-week management retreat in Northern Saskatchewan's stunning wilderness. This intensive experience develops self-awareness, interpersonal skills, and leadership capabilities for navigating complex organizational challenges. Participants will assess their management approach, refine communication techniques, learn conflict resolution strategies, master negotiation tactics, and explore methods for elevating team performance. The program also emphasizes personal well-being as a cornerstone of effective leadership.
We welcome applicants from all academic disciplines to join our M.B.A. program. Our diverse cohort fosters dynamic classroom discussions where business challenges are examined through multiple professional lenses. Through collaborative projects and extracurricular activities, M.B.A. students form tight-knit professional networks. These connections often evolve into lifelong relationships that enrich both the academic experience and career development through shared knowledge inside and outside the classroom.
