Unlock your musical potential as a performer, educator, composer, or theorist. Enhance your skills through personalized private instruction on piano, voice, brass, woodwinds, strings, or percussion from instructors with national and international expertise.
Your studies will encompass performance, composition, music theory, historical context, and music education at both primary and secondary levels. Each year includes weekly one-on-one lessons and ensemble participation. Throughout your program, you'll gain hands-on teaching experience, including a comprehensive internship during your second year in the Bachelor of Education-Sequential Music program.
After completing your Bachelor of Music - Music Education degree in the College of Arts and Science, you'll gain direct admission to the College of Education to pursue a Bachelor of Education - Sequential Music degree in just two years. This streamlined path enables you to earn both degrees within six years.
