You'll analyze representations of femininity and masculinity across various media including advertising, journalism, literature, visual arts, music, adult content, religious contexts, and cinema. The curriculum covers connections between biology and gender norms, gender-specific communication patterns, gender's influence on identity development and social integration, as well as women's evolving participation in economic and political spheres.
