Government employees execute strategic policies set by elected leaders, translating them into tangible initiatives that affect citizens' daily lives. Working across various government structures like ministries and agencies, these experts shape governance by designing, implementing, assessing, and improving public services. They analyze data, assess options, and offer impartial, research-backed guidance to policymakers. Similar decision-making processes and support systems are essential in publicly-funded entities, charities, cooperatives, and social enterprise organizations.

During the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program, you'll acquire the expertise to launch or progress your career in government or broader public sector management. The curriculum helps develop the essential skills today's public sector professionals need, with opportunities to practice solving actual administrative challenges.
