The Intercultural Leadership Program equips undergraduate students for careers and leadership roles within Saskatchewan's crown corporations and various organizations. Participants earn a 30-credit hour certificate that develops their ability to lead in diverse cultural settings and serve across Saskatchewan's public and private sectors, as well as internationally. The program fosters awareness of both shared traits and distinct aspects among students' cultural heritages, while examining leadership through multiple global perspectives by studying peers' beliefs, principles, and traditions. Special focus is given to leveraging community assets, particularly Elder wisdom, and understanding leadership's vital function in community settings. This multicultural awareness is crucial for gaining the comprehensive outlook needed to drive transformative leadership initiatives.
