High School Transcripts. College or University Transcripts. We accept the IB Diploma with a minimum of 24 points as the equivalent of Secondary Level Standing IELTS - Overall Band score of 6.5,with no band less than 6.0. TOEFL - Overall 83 , Reading 20, Listening 20, Speaking 20, Writing 20. Pearson Test of English (PTE) - Overall score of 59 No area with less than 59.
